Rach has been a huge help to the business since day one. As a VA, Rachel has invested energy, care and focus in to assuring EFE’s clients are looked after and the business operates smoothly. A friendly, professional approach makes Rachel popular with both customers and fellow team members alike.
Payton joined EFE to assist the Managing Director with the overall organisation of the business. Payton brings a wealth of admin and PA experience, and is proving to be a key member of the team with a bright future ahead of her, which we hope will be with us!
Mark looks after our sales team and brings a wealth of sales and surveying experience and is a key member of our spray foam team. His knowledge and professionalism makes him popular with all of his customers and we are proud to have him representing our company.
Gill is the other half of our ‘dynamic design duo’, aka The Dowells.
Gill is an experienced heat pump surveyor, and when she’s not keeping an eye on Mike, she’s making sure you get the best heat pump design possible. As a team, Mike & Gill survey and design all of our air source heat pump installations – and their expertise is heat pump knowledge play a big part in our success.
Mathew has a passion for all things renewable energy. He formed Eco Friendly Energy to help homeowners reduce their carbon emissions through the use of green energy. Mathew’s love for renewable energy follows on from his grandfather and uncles – who ran a family business during the early 1980’s inventing, manufacturing and installing solar thermal systems across West Wales.
Mike is our heat pump surveyor and designer. He loves nothing more than a good heat pump! Mike works with us to make sure you get the correct size heat pump and the correct size radiators to go with it. He performs a vital part of our work to make sure we have happy heat pump customers.
